Puppy Application Form

Please fill this form out before making an appointment so we can get as much info as possible and be extra organized for when we meet you! The price for each pup will be stated on each profile, and this varies due to the age of the pup/dog. Every pup will be sold on a Limited register and will come with heaps of extras valued at almost $300, including, puppy insurance for the first 6 weeks, a folder with heaps of information, a puppy pack, and more. To see everything you get with your pup, read the "What we do for you" page on our website. Please do your research before applying, and only do so if you are serious. If you have a general question, please use the General Enquiry form.

Puppy waiting list form

We now require a $250 deposit to add you to the waiting list. This is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable. This money will come off the final price of your puppy when you choose one. This is to help clear up the list for people that are serious and to help us to decide when to breed. If you have not paid the deposit, you will NOT be put on our waitlist and will not be contacted when the litter is born.
